Single-day wilderness hikes and nature immersion.

Safety is our top priority. All adventure activities are led by certified, experienced wilderness guides and facilitators, in addition to your certified Life Coach. We conduct thorough risk assessments, provide all necessary safety equipment, and maintain a conservative approach to weather and conditions.
We offer flexible options, from intensive weekend retreats to 3-month or 6-month programs that combine adventure sessions with regular one-on-one virtual or in-person coaching meetings to ensure the lessons stick. We'll determine the best structure for you during our initial consultation.
